Andréanne Bissonnette

Andréanne Bissonnette is a graduate student in political science at the University of Quebec in Montreal. She is fellow researcher at the Raoul Dandurand Chair in Strategic and Diplomatic Studies, where she coordinated the Center for United States Studies in 2016-2017. As part of her research, she works on the impacts on undocumented migrant women of the intersection between healthcare policies and immigration laws in Texas and Arizona. More broadly, she works on migration and border walls and gender issues. She often gives public conferences on US interior politics and migration movements, speaks in francophone medias and signs a monthly column for the Quebec newspaper Journal Métro.
